All I can say is WOW!!! I cannot recommend this vendor enough!! Pete and I are both in emergency medicine, which means we are fast moving, fast thinking, are used to getting everything accomplished yesterday and utterly OCD in just about everything we need to get done. We are very short on patience with morons, slowness, and folks who can't think ahead of the moment. Diane was not only able to adjust to our quirks, but she is even faster than us!

We never had to call her; she called us with updates, ideas, suggestions, accomplishments, vendor issues, and was an absolute joy to work with. She informed us of so many things that we never even knew we might need or to expect..we would NOT have made it without her!! She is relentless and tireless in meeting any and all of your needs, and goes far above and beyond anything even we could have expected or wanted. We would have paid a million for her if we could have, and cannot say just how priceless she is. She made our every experience a better one and took so much pressure off of us that we didn't realize we were carrying otherwise.
